The Maintenance Of Graphite Products

So it's important to maintain raphite products:

1、The side and the bottom of the graphite products should not be touched with strong corrosion and flame injection;

2、Appropriate combustion improver and additive will prolong the service-life of graphite products;

3、Maintain a good distance-furnace wall and the graphite products,and the graphite products should be in the middle of the furnace;

4、When removed the slag and coke of graphite products outside and inside,they should be tapped softly. 

5、Graphite products must be handled with care;

6、Graphite products must be put in dry place;

7、Before using,graphite products should be baked up to 500 degrees slowly.
